This policy applies to all workshops delivered directly by Isabelle Gaborit.
Scope of This Policy
This policy applies only to workshops organised and delivered directly by Isabelle Gaborit.
Workshops, retreats, or events delivered by other organisations, art schools, or partner providers are subject to their own booking terms and cancellation policies, which will be provided at the time of booking.
Missed Classes / Non-Attendance
Due to the nature of workshops and limited capacity:
- No refunds, credits, or transfers will be given for:
- Missed classes
- Missed workshop days
- Late arrival or early departure
- Failure to attend (โno-showโ)
Cancellations by You
If you are unable to attend your workshop, the following terms apply:
- More than 4 weeks before the workshop:ย Full refund
- 2โ4 weeks before the workshop:ย 50% refund
- Less than 7 days before the workshop:ย No refund
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Deposits
- Any deposit paid forms part of the total workshop fee.
- Refunds of deposits follow the same cancellation terms above.
- Deposit transfers to another workshop may be considered if requested at leastย 10 days before the workshop, subject to availability.
Transfer of Place
- You may transfer your place to another person at any time, at no additional cost.
- You are responsible for arranging the replacement participant.
How to Request a Cancellation or Transfer
All requests must be made in writing via email to:

- Requests will be acknowledged withinย 3 working days
Cancellations by Us
If a workshop is cancelled by Isabelle Gaborit for any reason:
- Aย full refundย will be issued, or
- You may choose to transfer your place to a future workshop
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish and EU consumer law.
If a workshop is not delivered as agreed, an appropriate remedy will be provided.
