More than Memories

Hi everyone,

I’m sitting in the shade of my cool old barn, wondering how on earth we’re supposed to find the energy to work in this heat. Honestly… what was this summer?

I know I managed to squeeze in two trips to Ireland, and, ahem… a little visit to my secret Italian beach, where I discovered a never-ending love affair with an ice-cold Aperol Spritz. Beyond that? It all seems to blur into one beautiful mix of creativity, laughter, friendship, and collaboration.

People often ask if I think I live the perfect life. My answer is always yes—but probably not for the reasons they expect. Not because of things I own or achievements I can tick off a list, but because of the experiences life has gifted me and, more importantly, the incredible people I’ve met along the way.

The other day I was scrolling through the photo gallery on my phone. Usually, it’s full of landscapes, old stones, weathered walls and bits of nature that catch my eye. But this year was different. This year, it’s full of people. Faces from Ireland that I’m lucky enough to see year after year, and new faces who somehow feel like old friends by the time the workshops end.

Looking through those photos, my heart genuinely overflowed. Sometimes it even beats a little faster. Maybe that’s what a full life really feels like.

I’ve just come home from three wonderful weeks in Ireland. We spent three magical days in Connemara creating, laughing, sharing stories, and even swimming during the heatwave! Then came my final Dublin workshop of the year, another incredible group and another room full of talent, kindness and generosity.

Every single time I come home feeling deeply grateful. Thank you to every one of you who travelled, trusted me, and shared your creativity with me. I never, ever take that for granted.

With that, the 2026 Ireland workshops are officially finished—and every single one sold out. After a few conversations with my wonderful venues in Galway, Dublin and Connemara, I’m so happy to say that the 2027 dates are now confirmed.

I’m keeping things intentionally small again: just three workshops in Galway, Three in Dublin and two weekends in my beloved Renvyle in Connemara. All the dates will be released this Friday at 6 p.m., with newsletter subscribers getting first access. So if Ireland has been quietly sitting on your wish list, keep an eye on your inbox on Friday evening. With only a handful of workshops, I have a feeling they won’t be around for very long.
